1. Overview

OMW (On My Way) ("Company", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and their operational data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with the OMW Logistics System platform ("Service").

This policy applies to enterprise clients, authorized operators, and any individual accessing the Service on behalf of a business entity.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name, work email address, company name, and role provided during onboarding or demo requests.
• Operational data: Order contents, delivery addresses, courier assignments, routing records, and dispatch logs generated through your use of the Service.
• Channel message data: Content ingested from connected channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, REST APIs) for the purpose of order parsing and validation. This data is processed transiently and not retained beyond operational necessity.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and interaction patterns used to monitor platform performance and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process and route orders through your configured dispatch pipeline.
• Monitor platform health and uptime, and investigate incidents.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your operational data to train third-party AI models or sell it to any external parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or operational data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted infrastructure partners (cloud hosting, messaging queues) who process data solely on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to affected clients.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular penetration testing. Access to operational data is restricted to authorized OMW personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

6. Data Retention

Operational data (orders, dispatch records) is retained for 12 months from the date of creation, after which it is purged from active systems. Account information is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request.

Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Request a portable copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Cookies

The Service uses strictly necessary session cookies for authentication and security purposes. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, but doing so may impair the functionality of the platform.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before the updated policy takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
